He definitely had it prepared, he asked for the beat, but it was a pretty good rap. Bieber is easy to hate, but he is very talented in my opinion. His music sucked, because of the music, and style of writing and marketing, not because he "cant sing". I figure he is gonna be/try to be Justin Timberlake v2.0. Put out a more mature, r&b sexytime dance album once his balls drop and then transition into acting.
